A good digestion process is one that burns fat, protein, carbohydrates and fights disease all at the same time.

You might think can a good digestion process really do all that. The answer is yes.

A good digestion has the ability to burn everything or almost everything we put into it. When I say burn, I am talking about our bodies’ ability to absorb nurturance from our food.

A healthy digestive system will take care of most health problems because almost all health problems start out in our digestion. When our digestion does not work correctly, or does not work at its best than we are vulnerable to disease.

Our digestion needs to burn all the food we eat into tiny particles so the rest of our body can absorb them for proper use. If we do not eat properly and are making it difficult for our digestion process to work, then we suffer by creating an environment, which is conducive for parasites and bacteria to grow in.

Digestive enzymes play a big part in our digestion. When we eat more raw fruits and vegetables, we help our bodies by supplying them with many great digestive enzymes.

There are many herbs for digestion as well which help greatly in creating a better digestion process. These herbs all help by increasing the acid in our stomachs or by dispelling gas and helping to digest the undigested food particles, which would otherwise start to ferment and cause problems.

The digestion process starts in our mouths. When we chew our food, we break it into tiny parts so that our stomach can break down the food further.
