Vegetarian diets are some of the best diets for losing weight fast

Vegetarian diets are great because they are easier on our digestive system and they fit our body better.

Scientifically we are all vegetarian animals by birth, we are not meant to eat meat.

Our bodies are more like cows, elephants or deer than tigers, lions and bears.

For example, the intestinal tract length of a tiger is 3 to 6x its body length, where as a deer’s intestinal tract length is 10 to 12x its body length. Humans also have an intestinal tract length of 10 to 12x.

Stomach acidity of a tiger is 20x more acidic then that of a deer’s stomach acid. Humans also have a weaker acidity. The saliva of a tiger is also acidic by nature where as deer’s saliva is alkaline by nature as humans’ saliva is and there are many more differences between a tiger and a deer or human, which points us more in the direction of a deer than a tiger.

Vegetarian diets will greatly help us achieve our weight loss goal. Everyone knows that eating meat will put more fat on our bones and we do not want this. Besides there are thousands of different wonderful tasty preparations we can make to satisfy our tongue that are much healthier for us than eating meat.
