Your ideal body image is the one, which you desire the most.

So let us do a little project to get your ideal body image.

This first part of my lose weight fast step by step program focuses on finding your ideal body image so you can use it every day to help remind you of your goal and what you are going to achieve.

This is very important for our subconscious body because it helps to reinforce our desire to look a certain way. When we look at an image of a body we like every morning and we tell our subconscious body that we look like this body image, then our subconscious body starts to help us obtain our goal instead of being against us.

So to start our little project you need to get a magazine or download a photo of some girl, or guy you think has a great looking body. Girls should look for other girls with bodies they want and guys for other guy’s bodies they want.

Then all you need to do is cut the image out of the magazine and then cut the head off the person. I know it sounds strange, but it works. It is psychological because when we look at someone it is easier to put ourselves in their body if we cannot visualize their head.

If you cannot find any images you like, I have created three images here, which you can use if they are to your liking. Just right click on the images and select Save As and save the image to your hard drive.

If you do not get your image from a magazine then you need to print your image out if you get it from this website or online somewhere else, this is essential because you will need to look at your ideal body image every day.

Once you have your ideal image, selected and cut out with no head, place this image by your bed or in the bathroom or some place you will be able to view it early in the morning.

Then every morning you wake up, look at your choice body image and tell yourself.

“This is me”

“This is what I look like”

“I look so good”

“I like my body image”

Even if you do not feel like it, you should do it anyway. This physiological exercise works over time. Every day you tell yourself you like what you see when you look at your cut out body image, you are telling your subconscious body to help you achieve that desired body image.

Do this every day for only one minute or two minutes or for as long as you like. Closing your eyes and visualizing your ideal body image helps a lot as well and can be even more effective then looking at your cut out. To learn more about visualizing or how to visualize click here.

However, if you cannot visualize yet, then looking at your cut out body image will work just fine.
