Learn how to lose belly fat with these three simple exercises. The backward curl, the sit-up and the push-up, these very simple three exercises will allow us to lose that belly fat for good and these exercises can be a lot of fun too.

Of course the best way on how to lose belly fat is exercise, there is no magic pill or diet which will take away belly fat because our bellies are made up of fat and muscles. There is liposuction but that is just gorse and way too expensive.

We want to do things naturally with our bodies, not against them and working with simple exercises is the key to losing that belly fat. These three exercises focus mostly on toning our belly muscles and burning calories in our tummy region so we create that sexy tummy look and feel.

The first exercise on how to lose belly fat is called the backward curl. So let’s get started with the first exercise. This exercises is the easiest one of all three exercises and can be performed any ware you like, although having a mat to lay on helps.

Next we learn how to lose belly fat with the sit-up exercise. This exercise can be considerably harder to perform but the results are incredible if done properly. This exercise will greatly help tone our tummy muscles and help us lose that tummy fat.



To do this exercise lay down on your back with your legs either bent or out strait. It can be harder if your legs are lying strait. It is also a good idea to put something slightly heavy like a few heavy blankets or a few heavy coats over your feet to help keep them from moving too much, or have a friend or loved one help you, by having them hold your feet down.
