I love going to a holistic health spa, the relaxing feeling of the heat and steam is very invigorating afterwards, I feel so alive and cleansed after I get out of the spa. There are many different kinds of health spas.

I enjoy them all, and whenever I am finished doing a holistic health spa I remember to take a cool shower. Taking a cool shower after you use a spa, or do any kind of strenuous exercise will help to keep the toxins out of your body and keep your blood running throughout your body, supplying oxygen to all your cells and organs.
