A healthy body weight is a weight which feels good to you

A healthy body weight is a weight which you feel comfortable with. This is very important to have, and all natural body weights are not all the same. Some people can have a more heavy natural body weight while others will have a much lighter natural body weight.

When I talk about a healthy body weight, I mean a body weight which you feel happy to have, a body which gives you confidence and attracts others to you. When you are happy and satisfied with your body weight then others are also happy to be around you and accept you as you are.

A healthy body weight Many times the media will portray that the best body weight to have is the ones in the magazines, the stick figure, skinny bodies which are all wearing string bikinis.

This is only one kind of body weight, and if you feel comfortable being very thin and able to wear bikinis, like on the magazines, then that is great, but if you feel you are being pressured into that kind of body weight then it is no good for you.

We all need to feel comfortable and happy with our healthy body weight and if we do not feel comfortable then we should work hard to create a body weight and image which we do feel comfortable with.

Now feeling comfortable is a feeling which promotes self confidence, and a feeling of self worth, of success and accomplishment, this is the kind of comfortable feeling I am talking about.

There is another type of comfortable feeling which is no good, that type of comfortable feeling comes around by stuffing our faces with junk food and continually putting on more weight to keep our comfortable feeling. Our bodies naturally want to feel comfortable, and so they do what they can to feel secure and safe.

One of the ways our bodies do this is by eating more and more food to compensate us for our abusive lifestyle, when we continually abuse our bodies by eating junk food and being lazy, we are telling our bodies that we are not comfortable with ourselves and that we need support.

So our bodies naturally try to balance us out by eating more food which creates a temporary feeling of security and comfort, but it doesn’t last because as soon as the food is gone we are back to our un-confident selves.

The easiest way to create a healthy body weight is to start exercising, eating a healthy organic diet, relaxing every day after work, and visualizing our ideal body image. These four things will greatly help us on our journey to creating a very comfortable body weight which will give us confidence, and self worth and will attract others to us.
