Good stress is stress that helps our bodies, heal and revitalize
Good stress is stress which works to help us out instead of cause us to gain weight and be depressed. There is stress which is bad and stress which is good, the bad stress is stress which is generated in a negative environment, such as at work when you get angry at your boss or you have to much work to do, or you are not on time or at home when there is an argument or fight, or too much cleaning or cooking to and so many more scenarios which can happen to cause bad stress.
Bad stress can be fixed quite easily, that is one of the good parts of bad stress, it does not have to stay around very long, you can do something about it, like talk a walk, go for a massage, take a hot bath or shower, do a relaxing activity, do some yoga, listen to some soothing music, read a favorite book, watch a movie.
All of these things can relieve the bad stress, now stress which is good is stress like going for a walk, swimming, biking, exercising, lifting weights, yoga, dancing, or doing any kind of stretching, this kind of stress causes us to build a better body, bring more oxygen to our blood, repair and replenish ourselves, it is very good stress.
Every day we need good stress and we need to relax for bad stress, both stresses are parts of our lives and by working every day to remember to relax after a hard day’s work and remembering to exercise a little every day, we gain a better body, better immune system, we lose weight fast and feel great each and every day.
One of the great things about relaxing every day when we get bad stress is that we do not let the bad stress control us in any way, we let it go, and by doing so we start to live a more satisfied lifestyle, we become happier and are more confident each and every day.
You can feel the stress which is good when you exercise by the feelings of your muscles being stretched and pulled, this is what good stress feels like, it is a good feeling of accomplishment that we are getting somewhere, bad stress is more linked to our feelings and what other people think of us.
Stress which is good can actually help in building more self confidence and a sense of self-worth when we do it every day, and it can help relieve bad stress when we are having a difficult day.
We have the power to change ourselves any time we like, that is one of the great gifts we have and by taking the time each day to relax we help our bodies out in many ways including losing weight naturally.
