Cinnamon tea works well for losing weight
Cinnamon tea is an excellent tea for losing weight, cinnamon has many beneficial properties which will improve our health and help us achieve our weight loss goal. Some of the health benefits cinnamon give us is it can control blood sugar, reduces cholesterol, kill bacteria, yeast infections, it helps build cognitive function and memory and can even help prevent cancer cells from developing. Mixing honey with cinnamon increases its power and potency, there is even a weight loss tea one can make with cinnamon and honey, all you have to do is put a pot of water on to boil, when the water has boiled add one teaspoon of honey to one-half teaspoon cinnamon powder, or a two to one ratio. I suggest to never boil honey with the water since it loses its natural properties when boiled and it is best if you add the honey when your tea is drinking temperature, this will keep all the good properties in the honey as you drink it. Take this cinnamon and honey tea one-half hour before breakfast and then one-half hour before you go to sleep. I never tried this tea before so I do not know how well it will work, but there is no harm in trying. As long as you use high quality ingredients in everything you do, you should be OK. You can also add a little bit of lemon to your tea if you like to give it a nice tangy taste. Other benefits cinnamon give us are a less change of getting heart disease, bladder infections, it helps reduce arthritis pain, it is great for treating toothaches, aiding digestion and so much more. Making cinnamon tea is very easy, all you need is some cinnamon powder and some boiled water. Place the cinnamon powder into your kettle or pot and boil the water for five to ten minutes, then poor your cinnamon tea through a strainer, you can add lemon and honey for added flavor or even a tea bag of your favorite tea.
