High quality carbohydrates and protein, the kind you get from organic foods. We need proteins and carbohydrates in our daily meals to help our bodies balance themselves.

A low carbohydrate diet is good for losing weight but they must be high quality carbohydrates not low quality.

We all see on the shelves these days, foods that say Low carbs and Low fat, these are only marketing programs designed to get people like you who are trying to lose weight to buy their product.

In reality a good weight loss diet has both high quality proteins and carbohydrates in it, we need these for our bodies to function properly.

If we start to eat many low carbohydrate and low fat products, then our bodies would start to store the little amount of carbohydrates and protein for later use.

High quality food is essential for us to lose weight naturally. I know it goes against everything we, are taught about losing weight but it is the truth. Low quality foods do not help us lose weight, they do the opposite.

Losing weight works because we build a body, which can digest almost everything we eat, turning our food into energy and nutrients for our bodily needs. When this happens, our bodies work hard to burn the excess fat because it does not need to store it anymore. It already gets everything it needs from our high quality food we eat.

Of course we need to do lots of exercises, visualize our ideal body image and do our best to relax after every day, however eating a high quality protein and carbohydrate diet is essential for our bodies to feel they are getting enough protection from the food so they will start to burn the excess fat away.
